Action to Annul an Administrative Decision in the Saudi Board of Grievances Law
دعوى إلغاء القرار الإداري — نظام ديوان المظالم
The administrative courts hear actions to annul final administrative decisions for lack of jurisdiction, defect of form or cause, violation or misapplication of laws, or abuse of power. This includes disciplinary decisions, quasi-judicial committee decisions and public-benefit associations. Refusal to take a required decision counts as an administrative decision (Article 13(b)).
