Compensation and Administrative Contracts in the Saudi Board of Grievances Law

The administrative courts have jurisdiction over compensation claims arising from the administration's decisions or acts, claims relating to contracts to which the administration is a party, and other administrative disputes (Article 13(c), (d) and (f)).
