Claims by Government Employees in the Saudi Board of Grievances Law

The administrative courts have jurisdiction over claims relating to rights under the civil service, military service and retirement laws for employees of the government and of public legal entities, or their heirs, and over disciplinary cases brought by the competent authority (Article 13(a) and (e)).
