- Article 24
The Board of Grievances is competent to decide all disputes arising from applying the State Leasing of Real Estate Law, its regulations or the rules.
يختص ديوان المظالم بالفصل في جميع المنازعات التي تنشأ عن تطبيق أحكام النظام أو اللائحة أو الضوابط.
- Article 25
The leasing government agency must submit a periodic report to the Authority on the condition of the leased property, as the regulations set.
تقدم الجهة الحكومية المستأجرة للعقار تقريراً دوريًّا إلى الهيئة عن حالة العقار المستأجر، وفقاً لما تحدده اللائحة.
- Article 26
The Authority may make periodic visits to properties leased by government agencies to confirm their suitability, proper use and fitness for work needs, without prejudice to the powers of supervisory bodies.
للهيئة -دون إخلال باختصاصات الجهات الرقابية- القيام بزيارات دورية للعقارات المستأجرة من الجهات الحكومية، للتأكد من صلاحيتها وحسن استعمالها وملاءمتها لحاجة العمل.
