صيانة العقار والتزامات المؤجر — نظام استئجار الدولة للعقار
The lessor must repair construction defects at his expense, and the body may repair them at his cost and deduct it from the rent; the body must preserve and maintain the property; works and finishes are carried out by written agreement with the lessor.

- Article 21
A government agency may carry out works or finishing in the leased property during the lease after agreeing on them in writing with the lessor, under the regulations' rules.
دون إخلال بالأنظمة ذات العلاقة، يجوز للجهة الحكومية تنفيذ أعمال أو تشطيبات في العقار المستأجر خلال مدة الاستئجار بعد الاتفاق عليها مع المؤجر كتابيًّا، وذلك وفقاً للضوابط التي تحددها اللائحة.
- Article 22
The lessor must repair construction defects at his own expense or the agency repairs them at his cost and deducts it from the rent; the agency must preserve and maintain the property under the unified contract.
1- يلتزم المؤجر على نفقته الخاصة بترميم وإصلاح عيوب الإنشاء التي تطرأ على العقار المستأجر وتحد من استمرار الانتفاع به للغرض المستأجر من أجله، دون المطالبة بأي تعويض أو زيادة في الأجرة أثناء سريان العقد. وإذا لم يبدأ المؤجر في إصلاح عيوب الإنشاء خلال المدد التي تحددها اللائحة، جاز للجهة الحكومية إصلاح العيوب على حسابه…
