للمجلس أن يشكل لجاناً دائمة أو مؤقتة من بين أعضائه أو من غيرهم، ويعهد إليها بما يراه من مهمات، ويحدد في قرار تشكيل كل لجنة رئيسها وأعضاءها واختصاصاتها، ويكون لها الاستعانة بمن تراه لتأدية المهمات المكلفة بها.
