This article governs the formation of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Real Estate in its text now in force:
Chairmanship: the Minister, who under Article 1 is the Minister of Housing.
Membership:
- The Authority's CEO.
- Representatives of: the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Economy and Planning, the Ministry of Investment, the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, and the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources.

- إضافة ممثل عن وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية إلى عضوية مجلس إدارة الهيئة، المنصوص على تشكيله في الفقرة (1) من هذه المادة وذلك بموجب قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (693) وتاريخ 1441/11/2هـ.

- تعديل الفقرة (1) من هذه المادة لتكون بالنص الآتي: "يكون للهيئة مجلس إدارة برئاسة الوزير، وعضوية كل من:
أ- المحافظ
ب- ممثل من وزارة الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان
ج- ممثل من وزارة العدل
د- ممثل من وزارة المالية
هـ- ممثل من وزارة الاقتصاد والتخطيط
و- ممثل من وزارة الاستثمار
ز- ممثل من الهيئة العامة لعقارات الدولة
