Appointing inspectors by decision of the Governor of the Central Bank, and their powers to view records, receive complaints, question staff and record violations; the ban on preventing them from doing their duties and the duty to cooperate with them; and the Central Bank may, when necessary, disclose information about persons subject to the Law to a third party.

Allows the Central Bank to disclose any information about a person subject to the Law to any third party if disclosure is necessary to implement the Law.
يجوز للبنك المركزي الكشف عن أي معلومة تتعلق بأي شخص خاضع للنظام إلى أي طرف ثالث، إذا كان الكشف عنها ضروريًّا لتنفيذ النظام.
