تنظيم الهيئة وميزانيتها — نظام هيئة الرقابة ومكافحة الفساد
The president has ministerial rank, with a deputy and assistants. His powers cover administrative and financial regulations and the organizational structure. Also specialized units, the oath and financial disclosure declarations of staff, an independent budget at the central bank, an annual report to the King within ninety days, and the law taking effect ninety days after publication.

- Article 8
The article provides that the Authority has a President with the rank of minister, a deputy and one or more assistants, appointed by royal order.
يكون للهيئة رئيس بمرتبة وزير، ونائب ومساعد -أو أكثر- يصدر بتعيينهم أمر ملكي.

The article gives the Authority's President administrative and financial supervision of it, the power to propose its regulations and structure, issue internal regulations and the oversight and administrative investigation regulation, represent it, and supervise its budget.

The article provides that the Authority has specialized units, including six main units, among them the Anti-Corruption Unit and the Criminal Investigation and Prosecution Unit.
يكون في الهيئة وحدات متخصصة، يكون من بينها الوحدات الرئيسة الآتية: 1- وحدة حماية النزاهة وتعزيز الشفافية. 2- وحدة مكافحة الفساد. 3- وحدة الرقابة والتحقيق الإداري. 4- وحدة التحريات الإدارية. 5- وحدة التحقيق والادعاء الجنائي. 6- وحدة التعاون الدولي.
- Article 15
The article requires members of the Unit, and Authority personnel designated by the administrative regulations, to take an oath before the President before starting their duties, and requires Authority personnel to file financial disclosure statements.

- Article 16
The article gives the Authority an independent annual budget, held in a special account in its name at the Saudi Central Bank and spent under its financial regulations, and sets its fiscal year as the State's fiscal year.
1- تكون للهيئة ميزانية سنوية مستقلة، تودع مبالغها في حساب خاص باسم الهيئة في البنك المركزي السعودي، ويُصرف منها وفقاً للوائح المالية المنصوص عليها في الفقرة (1) من المادة (التاسعة) من النظام. 2- السنة المالية للهيئة هي السنة المالية للدولة.
- Article 17
The article requires the Authority to prepare an annual report, which the President submits to the King within ninety days of the end of the fiscal year, and special reports as needed.

The article provides that the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority Law repeals anything in other provisions that conflicts with it.

The article provides that the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority Law takes effect ninety days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
يعمل بالنظام بعد (تسعين) يوماً من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
