The Saudi Center for Organ Transplantation prepares the Implementing Regulations, issued by decision of the chairman of the Health Council within 90 days of the law's publication and effective from the date the law takes effect.
يُعد المركز اللائحة، وتصدر بقرار من الرئيس، وذلك خلال (تسعين) يوماً من تاريخ نشر النظام بالجريدة الرسمية، ويعمل بها من تاريخ العمل به.

The Human Organ Donation Law takes effect 90 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and repeals all provisions that conflict with it.
1- يُعمل بالنظام بعد (تسعين) يوماً من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية. 2- يلغي النظام كل ما يتعارض معه من أحكام.
