Setting the general policy for developing human rights awareness and spreading its culture through education and the media, following up the application of the international instruments the Kingdom has joined, cooperating with national, regional and international organizations, holding conferences and seminars, and following up the cases of Saudis whose rights are violated outside the Kingdom.

  The article creates a center for publishing, media, documentation and translation in the human rights field, run by a full-time member, and sets its objectives and tasks: conferences, awareness, publications, courses and documentation.
