Using experts and specialists; the Commission's staff, other than the president, deputy and assistant, being subject to the Labor Law and the Social Insurance Law; the Commission's independent budget and its resources from appropriations, income, gifts and bequests; the fiscal year; and submitting the final account to the King within three months.

- Article 14
The article allows the Commission to use, as it needs, a sufficient number of qualified experts, specialists and staff to perform the tasks set out in the Statute.
للهيئة أن تستعين -بحسب حاجتها- بعدد كافٍ من الخبراء والمختصين والعاملين المؤهلين لأداء مهماتها المنصوص عليها في هذا التنظيم.
- Article 15
The article subjects the Commission's employees, other than the President, his deputy and the President's assistant, to the Labor Law and the Social Insurance Law.
فيما عدا الرئيس ونائبه ومساعد الرئيس، يخضع موظفو الهيئة لنظام العمل ونظام التأمينات الاجتماعية.
- Article 17
The article gives the Commission an independent budget prepared and issued under the general budget arrangements, sets its funds from allocations, income, gifts and bequests, and makes its financial year the State's.

- Article 18
The article requires the Commission to submit its final account to the King within 3 months at most of the end of the financial year for his direction as he sees fit.
ترفع الهيئة حسابها الختامي إلى الملك خلال ثلاثة أشهر على الأكثر من تاريخ انتهاء السنة المالية للتوجيه بما يراه في شأنه.
