Subject to Article 19, the employer must notify the workplace state's body of the end of service of an employee covered by the Law, on time and on the prescribed form, so that it notifies the home state's body.

This article regulates reporting the end of service of a GCC employee or worker.
Who reports? The employer.
To whom? The civil retirement or social insurance body in the state of the workplace.
