The Minister's annual report to the Prime Minister; issuing the Regulations within one hundred twenty days; the Law replacing the Financial Representatives Law; and its taking effect one hundred twenty days after publication.

- Article 26
The article requires the Minister of Finance to submit an annual report to the Prime Minister containing a summary of the financial control work.
يرفع الوزير تقريراً سنويًّا إلى رئيس مجلس الوزراء يتضمن موجزاً عن أعمال الرقابة المالية.
- Article 27
The article requires the Minister of Finance to issue the Implementing Regulations within 120 days of the Law's publication, to take effect from the date the Law takes effect, and allows him to issue the necessary decisions, instructions, guides and forms.
يُصدر الوزير اللائحة خلال (مائة وعشرين) يوماً من تاريخ نشر النظام في الجريدة الرسمية، ويُعمل بها من تاريخ العمل بالنظام. وللوزير إصدار القرارات التنفيذية والتعليمات والأدلة والنماذج اللازمة لتطبيق النظام.
- Article 28
The article provides that the Financial Control Law replaces the Law of Financial Representatives issued by Royal Decree No. M/85 dated 20/9/1380 AH.
يحل النظام محل نظام الممثلين الماليين، الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي ذي الرقم (م / 85) وتاريخ 20 / 9 / 1380هــ.
- Article 29
The article provides that the Financial Control Law takes effect 120 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
يُعمل بالنظام بعد مضي (مائة وعشرين) يومًا من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
