يُحظر إلقاء مياه الصرف أو أي من المكونات السائلة -المعالجة- أو تصريفها أو حقنها؛ في الآبار الجوفية أو أي وسط بيئي، دون الحصول على تصريح، وذلك وفقاً لما تبينه اللوائح.
