Suspending Enforcement Time Limits in the Saudi Enforcement Law before the Board of Grievances

Enforcement time limits may be suspended for compelling reasons for a total of up to six months, or by the parties' agreement for up to twelve months; the effect of the suspension order on running and resuming time; and the contents and reasons of the request and the procedures and periods needed for enforcement.

The article requires a request to suspend the time limits to contain, in addition to the particulars required under Article 6, its reasons, a statement of the procedures and the periods needed for enforcement.
يجب أن يشتمل طلب وقف المهل -إضافة إلى البيانات اللازمة وفقاً للمادة (السادسة) من النظام- على أسبابه، وبيان الإجراءات، والمدد اللازمة للتنفيذ.
