Administrative Enforcement Documents in the Saudi Enforcement Law before the Board of Grievances

The judgment debtor must act to enforce final judgments and those with immediate enforcement; an enforcement document is required for a right of fixed amount and due; covered documents: final or urgent Board of Grievances judgments, and judgments, contracts, notarized instruments, arbitral awards and commercial papers to which an administrative body is a party.

The article requires the judgment debtor to act on its own to enforce final judgments and judgments covered by provisional enforcement issued by the courts of the Board of Grievances.
