Delay Fine in Enforcement in the Saudi Enforcement Law before the Board of Grievances
غرامة التأخير في التنفيذ — نظام التنفيذ أمام ديوان المظالم
A fine of up to SAR 10,000 for each day of delay in enforcement other than collecting money after the period passes, settled on completing or failing to complete enforcement or after six months, by a judgment obliging the debtor to pay it to the requesting party or canceling it in whole or in part.

- Article 20
The article allows the Enforcement Circuit, other than in enforcement to collect sums of money and after the Article 10 or Article 16 time limit has expired, to impose a fine not exceeding ten thousand riyals for each day of delay.
فيما عدا التنفيذ لاقتضاء المبالغ المالية، لدائرة التنفيذ -بعد انقضاء المهلة المنصوص عليها في المادة (العاشرة) أو المادة (السادسة عشرة) بحسب الأحوال- أن تفرض غرامة لا تزيد على عشرة آلاف ريال على المنفذ ضده عن كل يوم يمضي دون إتمام التنفيذ.
- Article 21
The article requires the Enforcement Circuit to settle the delay fine when enforcement is completed or becomes impossible or six months pass, by a judgment obliging the party against whom enforcement is sought to pay it to the enforcement requester or canceling it in whole or in part.
عند إتمام التنفيذ أو تعذره أو مضي (ستة) أشهر من سريان الغرامة دون إتمام التنفيذ؛ تتولى دائرة التنفيذ تصفية الغرامة بتحديد مبلغها، وتصدر في جلسة تحددها حكماً بإلزام المنفذ ضده بأن يؤدي لطالب التنفيذ -بناءً على طلبه- المبلغ الذي حددته، أو بإلغاء الغرامة أو جزء منها.
