Fundraising by Civil Associations in the Saudi Civil Society Associations Law

Public benefit associations may collect donations, and others may do so for specific programs after approval. Contracting with states or international organizations is barred without the approval of the Center and the competent authority. An association or organization may not depart from its aims, disturb public order or stir up discord.
