The penalties of warning, reprimand, suspension of up to one year, a fine of up to SAR 200,000, license or membership cancellation, removal from the register and imprisonment of up to one year; the competent court hearing unlicensed practice, misleading advertising and incorrect data; the violations committee, grievance before the Board of Grievances, and relicensing after three years.

This article provides that the allowances of the members of the violations committee are set by decision of the Minister, and those of the Valuers Registration Committee by decision of the board.
تحدد ـ بقرار من الوزير ـ مكافآت أعضاء لجنة النظر في مخالفات أحكام هذا النظام المنصوص عليهم في المادة (الرابعة والثلاثين) من هذا النظام ، وتحدد -بقرار من المجلس- مكافآت أعضاء لجنة قيد المقيّمين المنصوص عليهم في المادة (السابعة) من هذا النظام .

This article allows a person whose license, membership or registration was cancelled or struck off to apply for a new license, membership or re-registration 3 years after the date of the decision.
يجوز لمن ألغي ترخيصه، أو عضويته، أو شطب قيده، أن يطلب الحصول على ترخيص جديد، أو عضوية جديدة، أو إعادة قيده، بعد انقضاء (ثلاث) سنوات من تاريخ صدور قرار الإلغاء أو الشطب، ويبت المجلس أو من يفوضه في الطلب، وتتبع في ذلك الشروط والاجراءات نفسها المقررة لمنح الترخيص والعضوية وطلب القيد.
