Defines the valuation profession and valuation and its branches (real estate, economic establishments, machinery and equipment, and movable property), other than securities; defines the Ministry (Ministry of Finance), the Minister, the Authority, the Council and the Register; and the Law's objectives of regulating valuation work and developing the profession.

  The article states the aim of the Accredited Valuers Law: setting controls and standards for valuing real estate, economic establishments, equipment and movable property, developing the profession and raising the level of those working in it.
