تنشأ هيئة تسمى "الهيئة السعودية للمقيّمين المعتمدين" تتمتع بشخصية اعتبارية، وتكون غير هادفة للربح، ولها ميزانية مستقلة، وتعمل تحت إشراف الوزارة، ويكون مقرها مدينة الرياض، ولها أن تنشئ مكاتب تابعة لها داخل المملكة.
