أحكام ختامية ونفاذ النظام — نظام الأسلحة والذخائر
Identifying the departments that implement the Law and delegation of the Minister's powers; replacement of the previous Weapons and Ammunition Law; and entry into force of the Law and its Regulations one hundred and eighty days after publication.

- Article 60
The article authorizes the Minister to determine the departments and branches entrusted with implementing the Weapons and Ammunition Law, their regions and their powers, in line with the public interest.
للوزير تحديد الإدارات والفروع التي يعهد إليها تنفيذ أحكام هذا النظام ومناطق كل منها وصلاحياتها وفق مقتضيات المصلحة العامة.
- Article 61
The article allows the Minister to delegate some of the powers given to the Minister under the Weapons and Ammunition Law to whomever the Minister sees fit.
يجوز للوزير تفويض بعض الصلاحيات المخولة له بموجب هذا النظام إلى من يراه.
- Article 62
The article provides that the Weapons and Ammunition Law replaces the earlier law issued by Royal Decree No. M/8 dated 19/2/1402 AH and repeals whatever conflicts with it.
يحل هذا النظام محل نظام الأسلحة والذخائر ، الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي ذي الرقم (م/8) وتاريخ 19/ 2/ 1402هـ، ويلغي كل ما يتعارض معه من أحكام.
- Article 63
The article provides that the Weapons and Ammunition Law and its Regulations apply one hundred and eighty days after publication in the Official Gazette, and requires the Minister to issue the Regulations within that period.
يعمل بهذا النظام و اللائحة بعد مائة وثمانين يوما من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية، ويصدر الوزير اللائحة لهذا النظام خلال هذه المدة .
