The Article sets contributions by a decision of the Council of Economic and Development Affairs at between 0.5% and 2% of wages, with the employer paying half and the subscriber the other half.
تحدد الاشتراكات في هذا النظام بقرار من مجلس الشؤون الاقتصادية والتنيمة بناءً على اقتراح من الوزير بعد إبداء مجلس الإدارة رأيه وفق آلية تحددها اللائحة، بنسبة لا تزيد على (2%) من الأجر الخاضع للاشتراكات ولا تقل عن (0.5%)، على أن يدفع صاحب العمل شهرياً نصف الاشتراك المحدد ويدفع المشترك النصف الآخر.
