- Article 19
Article 19 has the Shura Council form, from among its members, the specialized committees it needs for its competences, and lets it set up special committees to examine any matter on its agenda.
يكون مجلس الشورى من بين أعضائه اللجان المتخصصة اللازمة لممارسته اختصاصاته. وله أن يؤلف لجانا خاصة من أعضائه لبحث أي مسألة مدرجة بجدول أعماله.
- Article 20
Article 20 lets Shura Council committees enlist whom they see fit from outside the Council's members, after the approval of the Council's president.
للجان مجلس الشورى أن تستعين بمن تراه من غير أعضاء المجلس، بعد موافقة رئيس المجلس.
