Vacating the Expropriated Property in the Saudi Expropriation of Real Estate for Public Interest Law

Setting the vacating date and notifying the owners. Payment of compensation must be completed before vacating except in exceptional cases. The owner is entitled to fair rent plus 10% for the period between vacating and payment of compensation.
