Ranks of Authority Members in the Saudi Public Prosecution Members Regulation
مراتب أعضاء الهيئة — لائحة أعضاء هيئة التحقيق والادعاء العام والعاملين فيها
The conditions for each rank, from investigation lieutenant and investigator (C), (B) and (A) up to head of investigation and prosecution circuits, the periods of service or equivalent work, and treating a master's or doctorate as equivalent work.

- Article 3
Article 3 requires anyone holding the rank of investigation lieutenant, in addition to the conditions of Article 1, to have a university degree with an overall grade of at least good.
يُشترط فيمن يشغل مرتبة ملازم تحقيق - بالإضافة إلى ما ورد في المادة (الأولى) من هذه اللائحة - أن يكون قد حصل على الشهادة الجامعية بتقدير عامّ لا يقل عن جيد.
- Article 4
Article 4 requires anyone holding the rank of Investigator (C) to have spent at least three years in the rank of investigation lieutenant.
يُشترط فيمن يشغل مرتبة محقق (ج) أن يكون قد أمضى في مرتبة ملازم تحقيق ثلاث سنوات على الأقل.
- Article 5
Article 5 requires anyone holding the rank of Investigator (B) to have spent at least one year as Investigator (C), or to have worked in comparable work for at least four years.
يُشترط فيمن يشغل مرتبة محقق (ب) أن يكون قد أمضى سنة على الأقل في مرتبة محقق (ج)، أو أن يكون قد اشتغل بأعمال نظيرة لمدة أربع سنوات على الأقل.
- Article 6
Article 6 requires anyone holding the rank of Investigator (A) to have spent at least four years as Investigator (B), or to have worked in comparable work for at least eight years.
يُشترط فيمن يشغل مرتبة محقق (أ) أن يكون قد أمضى أربع سنوات على الأقل في مرتبة محقق (ب)، أو أن يكون قد اشتغل بأعمال نظيرة لمدة ثماني سنوات على الأقل.
- Article 7
Article 7 requires anyone holding the rank of Deputy Head of an Investigation and Prosecution Department (B) to have spent at least three years as Investigator (A), or to have worked in comparable work for at least eleven years.
يُشترط فيمن يشغل مرتبة وكيل رئيس دائرة تحقيق وادعاء (ب) أن يكون قد أمضى ثلاث سنوات على الأقل في مرتبة محقق (أ)، أو أن يكون قد اشتغل بأعمال نظيرة لمدة إحدى عشرة سنة على الأقل.
- Article 8
Article 8 requires anyone holding the rank of Deputy Head of an Investigation and Prosecution Department (A) to have spent at least two years as Deputy Head (B), or to have worked in comparable work for at least thirteen years.
يُشترط فيمن يشغل مرتبة وكيل رئيس دائرة تحقيق وادعاء (أ) أن يكون قد أمضى سنتين على الأقل في مرتبة وكيل رئيس دائرة تحقيق وادعاء (ب)، أو أن يكون قد اشتغل بأعمال نظيرة لمدة ثلاث عشرة سنة على الأقل.
- Article 9
Article 9 requires anyone holding the rank of Head of an Investigation and Prosecution Department (B) to have spent at least two years as Deputy Head (A), or to have worked in comparable work for at least fifteen years.
يُشترط فيمن يشغل مرتبة رئيس دائرة تحقيق وادعاء (ب) أن يكون قد أمضى سنتين على الأقل في مرتبة وكيل رئيس دائرة تحقيق وادعاء (أ)، أو أن يكون قد اشتغل بأعمال نظيرة لمدة خمس عشرة سنة على الأقل.
- Article 10
Article 10 requires anyone holding the rank of Head of an Investigation and Prosecution Department (A) to have spent at least two years as Head (B), or to have worked in comparable work for at least seventeen years.
يُشترط فيمن يشغل مرتبة رئيس دائرة تحقيق وادعاء (أ) أن يكون قد أمضى سنتين على الأقل في مرتبة رئيس دائرة تحقيق وادعاء (ب)، أو أن يكون قد اشتغل بأعمال نظيرة لمدة سبع عشرة سنة على الأقل.
- Article 11
Article 11 requires anyone holding the rank of Appeal Prosecutor to have spent at least two years as Head of an Investigation and Prosecution Department (A), or to have worked in comparable work for at least nineteen years.
يُشترط فيمن يشغل مرتبة مدعي استئناف أن يكون قد أمضى سنتين على الأقل في مرتبة رئيس دائرة تحقيق وادعاء (أ)، أو أن يكون قد اشتغل بأعمال نظيرة لمدة تسع عشرة سنة على الأقل.
- Article 12
Article 12 requires anyone holding the rank of Head of Investigation and Prosecution Departments to have spent at least two years as Appeal Prosecutor, or to have worked in comparable work for twenty-one years.
يُشترط فيمن يشغل مرتبة رئيس دوائر تحقيق وادعاء أن يكون قد أمضى سنتين على الأقل في مرتبة مدعي استئناف، أو اشتغل بأعمال نظيرة لمدة إحدى وعشرين سنة.
- Article 13
Article 13 provides that the Authority's Council defines comparable work, which includes judicial work and teaching Sharia or law at a college, and that a master's degree or legal studies diploma equals four years and a doctorate six years.
يحدد مجلس الهيئة المقصود بالأعمال النظيرة في المواد السابقة، ويُعد الاشتغال بأعمال القضاء، أو تدريس مواد الشريعة أو الأنظمة في إحدى الكليات؛ اشتغالاً بأعمال نظيرة، وتُعد كل من: أ - شهادة الماجستير في مجال العمل ودبلوم الدراسات القانونية بمعهد الإدارة العامة معادلة للاشتغال بأعمال نظيرة مدة أربع سنوات. ب - شهادة…
