Article 7 requires anyone holding the rank of Deputy Head of an Investigation and Prosecution Department (B) to have spent at least three years as Investigator (A), or to have worked in comparable work for at least eleven years.

Article 7 explained in plain English
Article 7 sets the condition for holding the rank of Deputy Head of an Investigation and Prosecution Department (B), which is one of two things:
- He has spent at least three years in the rank of Investigator (A), or
- He has worked in comparable work for at least eleven years.
