Duties of Authority Members in the Saudi Public Prosecution Members Regulation
واجبات أعضاء الهيئة — لائحة أعضاء هيئة التحقيق والادعاء العام والعاملين فيها
The Authority's Council setting members' duties and the work prohibited to them, residing in the country of the work seat, and the ban on absence without excuse and disciplinary trial for repetition.

- Article 23
Article 23 gives the Authority's council the power to set members' duties and prohibited acts and to issue the rules and procedures for inspecting their work and evaluating their performance.
يحدد مجلس الهيئة واجبات أعضاء الهيئة، والأعمال المحظورة عليهم، ويصدر قواعد وإجراءات التفتيش على أعمالهم وإجراءات تقويم أداء الأعضاء.
- Article 24
Article 24 requires an Authority member to reside in the town where his workplace is located, and allows the Authority's council, in exceptional circumstances, to permit temporary residence in another nearby town.
على عضو الهيئة أن يقيم في البلد الذي فيه مقر عمله، ولمجلس الهيئة - لظروف استثنائية - أن يسمح للعضو بالإقامة المؤقتة في بلد آخر قريب من مقر عمله.
- Article 25
Article 25 bars an Authority member from being absent from or interrupting his work without an acceptable excuse authorized in writing; he is warned in writing, and on repetition the matter goes to the Authority's council for a possible disciplinary trial.
لا يجوز لعضو الهيئة - بغير عذر مقبول مرخص له فيه كتابة - أن يتغيب عن مقر عمله، أو أن ينقطع عن عمله لسبب غير طارئ، فإن أخل العضو بهذا الواجب نبه إلى ذلك كتابة، فإن تكرر منه ذلك وجب رفع الأمر إلى مجلس الهيئة؛ للنظر في محاكمته تأديبيًّا.
- Article 28
Article 28 bars the Authority's employees from disclosing secrets they learn of through their work, and the bar continues even after they leave service.
لا يجوز لموظفي الهيئة إفشاء الأسرار التي يطّلعون عليها بحكم عملهم ولو بعد تركهم للخدمة.
