Article 10 requires anyone holding the rank of Head of an Investigation and Prosecution Department (A) to have spent at least two years as Head (B), or to have worked in comparable work for at least seventeen years.

يُشترط فيمن يشغل مرتبة رئيس دائرة تحقيق وادعاء (أ) أن يكون قد أمضى سنتين على الأقل في مرتبة رئيس دائرة تحقيق وادعاء (ب)، أو أن يكون قد اشتغل بأعمال نظيرة لمدة سبع عشرة سنة على الأقل.

Article 10 sets the condition for holding the rank of Head of an Investigation and Prosecution Department (A), which is one of two things:
- He has spent at least two years in the rank of Head of an Investigation and Prosecution Department (B), or
- He has worked in comparable work for at least seventeen years.
