The titles of prosecution members from investigation lieutenant to head of investigation and prosecution departments; treating them like judges in salaries, allowances and benefits under the equivalence table; appointing the Attorney General at minister rank by Royal Order; appointments and transfers by Royal Order; and their rights under the Civil Service and retirement laws.

The article states that Public Prosecution members enjoy the rights and guarantees of the Civil Service Law and the Retirement Law and are bound by the Civil Service Law's duties, without prejudice to the provisions of this Law.

The Attorney General is appointed with the rank of minister by royal order from among those qualified as Head of Investigation and Prosecution Departments, and other posts and transfers are by royal order on a decision of the Public Prosecution Council.
يعين النائب العام بمرتبة وزير بأمر ملكي، ممن تتوافر فيه الشروط المطلوبة لشغل وظيفة رئيس دوائر تحقيق وادعاء على الأقل. وكون شغل وظائف أعضاء النيابة الأخرى ونقلهم إلى جهات أخرى بأمر ملكي، بناءً على قرار من مجلس النيابة العامة.
