Arrest of a Prosecution Member in the Saudi Public Prosecution Law

A prosecution member may not be arrested, investigated or prosecuted criminally without permission; in cases of flagrante delicto the matter is referred within 24 hours to decide on continued detention or release with or without bail; the member's right to be heard; and detention and custodial sentences are served in separate places (Article 19).
