- Article 12When privileged residency is cancelled or terminated for its holder or a family member, the Center, in coordination with the relevant authorities, considers and addresses the effects in accordance with the Law and the Regulations.
- Article 13The Privileged Residency Center prepares the Implementing Regulations in coordination with the relevant authorities and they are issued by decision of the Committee, and the Center issues the decisions and instructions needed to implement the Law.
- Article 14The article provides that the Privileged Residency Permit Law takes effect from the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
