يعتبر حامل الإقامة المميزة في حكم المقيم لغرض تطبيق الأحكام النظامية الأخرى وبخاصة الأحكام الضريبية، وذلك بصرف النظر عن المدة التي يقضيها خارج المملكة خلال السنة.

- أُلغيت هذه المادة وذلك بموجب المرسوم الملكي رقم (م/84) وتاريخ 1445/6/11هـ، والتي نصت على الآتي: "يعتبر حامل الإقامة المميزة في حكم المقيم لغرض تطبيق الأحكام النظامية الأخرى وبخاصة الأحكام الضريبية، وذلك بصرف النظر عن المدة التي يقضيها خارج المملكة خلال السنة".
