شروط وإجراءات طلب الإقامة المميزة — نظام الإقامة المميزة
Requirements: a valid passport, proof of financial solvency, a criminal record, a health report, lawful residency status, and any special conditions the Council adds. Covers the Center's review, approval by decision of its head, payment of the fee, submitting medical insurance within thirty days (otherwise the application is treated as canceled), and the start of the residency.

The Privileged Residency Center studies the application once the Article 4 requirements are met, and approval is issued by decision of the Center's head unless the public interest requires otherwise.
يدرس المركز الطلب، بعد استكمال المتطلبات المشار إليها في المادة (الرابعة) من النظام؛ للنظر في الموافقة - ما لم تقتضِ المصلحة خلاف ذلك - على منح المتقدم الإقامة المميزة، وتصدر بقرار من رئيس المركز، وذلك وفقاً للأحكام الواردة في النظام واللائحة

The article requires the applicant, within 30 days of being notified of approval, to pay the fee and submit a medical insurance document, failing which his application is considered cancelled.
