Rights to safe treatment; to know the diagnosis; to have treatment and experimental treatment require the patient's or guardian's permission; to protection from degrading treatment, exploitation and punishment; to limits on seclusion; to keep belongings, receive visits and have ruqyah; to confidentiality; to complain and appoint a representative; and to written notice of rights.
