Article 12 explained in plain English
After applicants are ranked by priority in Article 11, this article explains how the Ministry of Housing determines the type of support allocated to each applicant, such as a housing unit, a plot of land, a loan or other forms listed in Article 1. The Ministry relies for this on the following criteria as they appear in the text in force:

- (c) The suitability of the type of support to the situation of the applicant and his family members.
