Not practicing an engineering specialty or professional grade for which one is not accredited; stating one's name, professional grade and accreditation number on all engineering work; the ban on employing unaccredited engineers and on accepting any engineering work except from accredited professionals; and the placement of engineers in government bodies.

- Article 3
The article bars a professionally accredited engineer from practicing an engineering specialization or professional grade in which he is not accredited.
لا يجوز للمعتمد مهنيًّا مزاولة تخصص هندسي أو درجة مهنية غير معتمدين.
- Article 4
The article prohibits employing engineers who are not professionally accredited, subject to what paragraph 2 of Article 2 provides for engineers in government bodies.
مع مراعاة ما ورد في الفقرة (2) من المادة (الثانية) من النظام، يحظر تشغيل المهندسين غير المعتمدين مهنيًّا.
- Article 5
The article bars any body from accepting any engineering work except from professionally accredited persons, unless a special provision says otherwise.
فيما لم يرد فيه نص خاص، لا يجوز لأي جهة قبول أي عمل هندسي إلَّا من المعتمدين مهنيًّا.
- Article 8
The article requires a professionally accredited engineer to state his name, professional grade and professional accreditation number on all his engineering work.
على المعتمد مهنيًّا أن يذكر اسمه، ودرجته المهنية، ورقم اعتماده المهني؛ على جميع أعماله الهندسية.
