The article requires the Minister to issue the Implementing Regulations in coordination with the Authority's Board of Directors within 90 days of the law taking effect, and to publish them in the Official Gazette.
يصدر الوزير -بالتنسيق مع مجلس الإدارة- اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا النظام خلال تسعين يوماً من تاريخ العمل به، وتنشر في الجريدة الرسمية.

The article provides that the Engineering Professions Practice Law takes effect 60 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
يعمل بهذا النظام بعد ستين يوماً من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
