Penalties for Violating the Cash Transport Law in the Saudi Cash Transport Law

- Article 14
The Minister of Interior forms one or more committees in the regions, of three members one of whom has a sharia or legal qualification, to consider violations of the Law and decide the penalty under Article 15.
يكون وزير الداخلية لجنة أو أكثر في المناطق من ثلاثة أعضاء أحدهم يحمل مؤهلا شرعيا أو نظاميا؛ للنظر في مخالفات هذا النظام وتقرير العقوبة المناسبة وفقا للمادة (الخامسة عشرة) من هذا النظام.
- Article 15
A violator of the Law is punished by a warning, a fine of up to SAR 100,000, temporary suspension of the license or its cancellation, and a penalty other than a warning may be challenged before the Board of Grievances.
يعاقب كل من يخالف أحكام هذا النظام بواحدة، أو أكثر من العقوبات الآتية: 1 - الإنذار. 2 - الغرامة المالية بما لا يتجاوز مائة ألف ريال. 3 - الإيقاف المؤقت للترخيص. 4 - إلغاء الترخيص. ويجوز لمن صدر ضده قرار العقوبة بغير الإنذار التظلم أمام ديوان المظالم.
- Article 16
The Minister of Interior issues the Law's Implementing Regulations within ninety days of its publication in the Official Gazette, and they apply from the date it takes effect.
يصدر وزير الداخلية اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا النظام خلال تسعين يوما من تاريخ نشره بالجريدة الرسمية، ويعمل بها من تاريخ نفاذه.
- Article 17
The Law is published in the Official Gazette, takes effect ninety days after publication, and repeals any conflicting provisions.
ينشر هذا النظام في الجريدة الرسمية، ويعمل به بعد تسعين يوما من تاريخ نشره، ويلغي كل ما يتعارض معه من أحكام.
