Requirements for the head of the body or security department regarding Saudi nationality, age, university qualification and good conduct; requirements for the vehicle crew regarding age, qualification, fitness and training; their duty to protect the items, the ban on leaving the vehicle empty, and their arming.

The article requires that whoever manages licensed bodies, or their security, be a Saudi aged at least 25 with a university qualification and no prior conviction for a hadd or a crime of dishonor or breach of trust.

Cash transport vehicle crews must take everything needed for the safety of the transported items, and are prohibited from leaving the vehicle empty during transport, inside or outside the city.
يلتزم أفراد طاقم السيارات المستخدمة في النشاط باتخاذ جميع ما يلزم من أجل سلامة المنقولات، ويحظر عليهم إخلاء السيارة أثناء عملية النقل سواء داخل المدينة أو خارجها.

The article provides that the crew of the transport vehicle is supplied with the necessary weapons as the Minister of Interior determines, based on his powers under the Arms and Ammunition Law.
يزود طاقم سيارة النقل المستخدمة في هذا النشاط بالأسلحة اللازمة وفقا لما يحدده وزير الداخلية، استنادا إلى الصلاحيات المخولة له بموجب نظام الأسلحة والذخائر.
