مع مراعاة الشروط ذات الصلة في نظام الحراسة الأمنية المدنية الخاصة، يشترط فيمن يتولى إدارة الجهات الواردة في الفقرتين (أ) و (ب) من البند (1) من المادة (الثانية) من هذا النظام المرخص لها بهذا النشاط ، أو إدارة الأمن في الجهات الواردة في الفقرة (ج) من البند (1) من المادة (الثانية) من هذا النظام المرخص لها بهذا النشاط ما يأتي:
1 - أن يكون سعودي الجنسية، وألا تقل سنه عن خمس وعشرين سنة.
2 - أن يكون حاصلا على شهادة إتمام الدراسة الجامعية، أو ما يعادلها.
3 - ألا يكون قد سبق الحكم عليه بحد شرعي، أو في جريمة مخلة بالشرف أو بالأمانة ما لم يكن قد رد إليه اعتباره.

This article sets out the conditions for whoever takes on management in the bodies licensed for the activity of transporting cash, subject to the relevant conditions in the Private Civil Security Guarding Law.
To whom the conditions apply:
- Whoever takes on the management of the bodies mentioned in paragraphs (a) and (b) of item (1) of Article 2, which are the financial institutions and companies such as banks and exchange firms, and precious metals factories, showrooms and sales shops, that are licensed for the activity.
- Whoever takes on the management of security in the bodies mentioned in paragraph (c), which are the Saudi companies and establishments licensed for private civil guarding, that are licensed for the activity.
The conditions:
- He must be of Saudi nationality and not less than 25 years of age.
- He must hold a university degree or its equivalent.
- He must not have previously been sentenced for a prescribed hadd offense, or for a crime of dishonor or breach of trust, unless his reputation has been restored.
A prior sentence therefore does not bar him permanently if his reputation has been restored. These conditions correspond to the conditions for the vehicle crew in Article 9.
