Article 92 explained in plain English
This article of the Regulations places a general obligation on trustees and experts: to comply with four groups of provisions:
- The provisions of the Bankruptcy Law.
- The provisions of the Implementing Regulations.
- The rules issued by the Bankruptcy Committee.
- All relevant laws, regulations and rules in force.
