Rules for granting financial rewards to enforcement staff by decision of the Council of Ministers, and an incentive reward of no more than 25% of the fine collected for non-employees who help uncover fraud cases that lead to the violators being caught and convicted.

- Article 10
The article provides for rules, issued by Council of Ministers resolution, under which financial rewards are given to the enforcement employees referred to in Article 5.
تصدر بقرار من مجلس الوزراء – بناء على اقتراح الوزير بعد التنسيق مع وزير الشئون البلدية والقروية ورئيس الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء – قواعد تمنح بموجبها مكافآت مالية للموظفين المشار إليهم في المادة (الخامسة) من هذا النظام.
- Article 11
The article gives a non-enforcement person who helps uncover commercial fraud an incentive reward of up to 25% of the fine collected, if this leads to catching and convicting the violators.
تمنح مكافأة تشجيعية بنسبة لا تزيد على (25%) من مقدار الغرامة المستحصلة لمن يساعد - من غير الموظفين المشار إليهم في المادة (الخامسة) من هذا النظام - في الكشف عن حالات الغش التجاري التي تؤدي إلى ضبط المخالفين وإدانتهم، وفقًا لما تحدده اللائحة.
