Implementing Regulations and Entry into Force in the Saudi Anti-Fraud Law
اللائحة التنفيذية ونفاذ النظام — نظام مكافحة الغش التجاري
The Minister issues the Implementing Regulations and publishes them within ninety days. The law replaces the Anti-Commercial Fraud Law issued in 1404 AH, and takes effect ninety days after its publication.

- Article 28
The Article directs the Minister to issue the Law's Implementing Regulations and publish them in the Official Gazette within ninety days of the Law's issuance.
يصدر الوزير اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا النظام، وتنشر في الجريدة الرسمية خلال (تسعين) يومًا من تاريخ صدوره.
- Article 29
The Article provides that this Law replaces the Anti-Commercial Fraud Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/11) dated 29/5/1404 AH.
يحل هذا النظام محل نظام مكافحة الغش التجاري، الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم (م/11) وتاريخ 29 / 5 / 1404هـ.
- Article 30
The Article provides for the Law to be published in the Official Gazette and to take effect ninety days after its publication.
ينشر هذا النظام في الجريدة الرسمية ، ويعمل به بعد (تسعين) يوماً من تاريخ نشره.
