White Land Fee in the Saudi White Land Fees Law
رسوم الأراضي البيضاء — نظام رسوم الأراضي البيضاء
An annual fee of up to 10% of the land's value on white land owned by natural or legal persons, other than state property. The Minister sets the scope, with an area of at least five thousand square meters. Also covered: valuation criteria, identifying land subject to the fee, obstacles that suspend it, and owners' duty to submit land documents to the Ministry and be notified of the fee.
