A violator of the Law or regulations is punished with a fine not exceeding the fee due on his land or vacant property, and must also pay the fee. A violations committee of at least three members, including a legal adviser and a technical specialist, examines violations and applies penalties.

يعاقب كل من يخالف أحكام النظام واللوائح بغرامة مالية لا تزيد على مقدار الرسم المستحق على أرضه أو عقاره الشاغر، ولا يخل ذلك بإلزام المخالف بسداد الرسم المستحق.
