Fee Collection and Supervision of the Law in the Saudi White Land Fees Law

The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing applies the Law and builds the fee database. Fees and fines are deposited in a special account at the Saudi Central Bank to be spent on housing projects. Also covered: raising awareness of the Law, preparing regulations, and the ministerial committee's supervision of implementation and annual report to the Council of Ministers.
