Objecting to a Fee Decision in the Saudi White Land Fees Law
الاعتراض على قرار الرسم — نظام رسوم الأراضي البيضاء
The owner of the land or vacant property may object in writing within sixty days of notification to the committee formed by the Minister's decision, against the decision to subject it to the fee, the valuation or the fee amount. The committee must decide within sixty days or the objection is deemed rejected. Its decisions may be challenged before the administrative court.
