تعد -بالاتفاق بين وزير الداخلية ووزير النقل - قواعد وإجراءات ضبط مخالفات الأوزان والأبعاد المقررة ، وتعديل هذه القواعد والإجراءات، وتحديد فئات هذه المخالفات، والغرامة المالية لكل مخالفة وفق جسامتها، وذلك بحد أعلى قدره مائة ألف ريال ولو تعددت المخالفات.

- إضافة عبارة "رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للطرق" بعد عبارة "وزير النقل والخدمات اللوجستية في صدر هذه المادة وذلك بموجب قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (586) وتاريخ 1444/8/22هـ.

تعد -بالاتفاق بين وزير الداخلية ووزير النقل - قواعد وإجراءات ضبط مخالفات الأوزان والأبعاد المقررة ، وتعديل هذه القواعد والإجراءات، وتحديد فئات هذه المخالفات، والغرامة المالية لكل مخالفة وفق جسامتها، وذلك بحد أعلى قدره مائة ألف ريال ولو تعددت المخالفات.
